Wagyu Stable / Atzbach / by Herbert Schrattenecker
Close to the rural village of Atzbach, family Huemer runs an agricultural farm with Wagyu livestock, producing one of the finest meat available. The new stable is a frame construction completely out of wood, inspired by the architecture of the native home of the Wagyu breed, Japan. The building is the outcome of an intense collaboration of architect and client to respond to the agricultural tasks and demands.
